I am a senior at Episcopal High School in Houston, Texas, with a passion for drawing and painting. My interest in art began at a young age and has grown through high school art courses and summer programs at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Savannah College of Art and Design. I am especially interested in landscape painting and figure drawing. My landscape paintings capture places I have a special connection to. Through my work, I enjoy exploring color, light, composition, and atmosphere while continuing to strengthen my observational and technical skills. I plan to study Studio Art in college, along with Art History, as I continue developing my artistic voice and exploring new ways to create.
